I spoke with a very helpful woman named Courtney who walked me through the quoting process and was considerate throughout. She worked with me for about an hour on the phone and helped get me multiple quotes for auto and home insurance. Cant say enough about her demeanor and attempts to get me a cheaper quote. I paid for full coverage and had 2 hit n runs to my car and I put in a claim just to have my premiums raise, and was put on my driving record . What was I paying for w full coverage? Why put accidents on my record when I had no control my car was parked? Absolutely the most terrible insurance company I have ever had in my 25 yrs of driving .

Brandy Pelletier has been my case manager, and has been very sympathetic of my condition. Lois Beaupain, in finance has been very understanding of some of my challenges. There are several ways a person can become disabled. Illness, accident, war and in my case medical negligence and neglect. It's a tough pill to swallow, when someone or a organization that you put your trust in disappoints you. Thank you Liberty Mutual I'm not sure why I've seen so many negative comments about them.

I've been with Kirk Wicks for 10-15 years. I needed to make a policy change as well but i gave up, I'm dreading having to call back. I think it's time to move on.

Very shady agency that will make changes to your policy after a year is up without notification. After one year, my monthly cost suddenly tripled (nothing changed from my side - no accidents, no claims, nothing)! I have auto-pay so I missed it the first month and realized during the second month with a ridiculously high premium. It took 2 weeks for the agent to get back to me to cancel my policy. I had to cc Kurt Wicks on the email to get a response and finally end my relationship with them. Very disappointing from a well-known company.
