After one year, my monthly cost suddenly tripled (nothing changed from my side - no accidents, no claims, nothing)! I have auto-pay so I missed it the first month and realized during the second month with a ridiculously high premium. It took 2 weeks for the agent to get back to me to cancel my policy. I had to cc Kurt Wicks on the email to get a response and finally end my relationship with them. Very disappointing from a well-known company.
