Manager is very rude, seems to treat staff like guinea pigs and customers like disposable items.
I asked to speak to someone regarding a dymocks order that never arrived, that was to be shipped from the Castle Towers store. Staff passed me onto manager / owner, who preceded to yell at them asking why they were bothering him. I apologised on their behalf and told him that I had called dymocks 'hq' and that they had told me to contact the store directly, and after trying to call but not being able to get through, I came into the store to sort it out.
I then got yelled at (disgusting spittle and all) because I was 'disturbing business' and 'wasting his time'. He told me to 'just call the main guys' and then screamed at his staff to 'stop wasting his time and money on dumbass customers'.
Needless to say I have taken this up with corporate and he can expect a call from them soon regarding his disgusting behaviour. read more
