I found them extremely well informed, with a lot of extra resources at their fingertips, and very keen to put clients in full possession of all the facts pertinent to their case. All power to the excellent staff, especially in light of the fact that these people are largely volunteers. You do have to get there awfully early in order to be seen, let me caution you! Unbelievably early! In fact, I would say give them a phone call and check their hours out before just turning up: otherwise you may well just be wasting your time. The location is very convenient to walk down to the city centre while you wait for the job to be done. The did some warranty work on our Clio and most importantly I trust the guys thereeven with my BMW. The nationwide garage chain is AA approved and have been Repairer of the year several times (check their website). They accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers towards MOT and service and their newly revamped website is good for making online bookings as well as occasionally finding money off vouchers. Recently their Fuel Service (see website) has received a lot of good press in improving fuel efficiency of cars.

The staff are smiley and know what they're doing - and if you take along something a little more interesting than another architect's drawing or big corporate poster, they're more than accommodating. I have used Service Point for large scale B+W prints, print runs for flyers, single big colour photo prints and even prints onto special (see: odd) format paper + sizes. They were happy to accept the challenge of printing onto brown parcel paper, and some card that I had found at a local craft shop (they may charge you a little extra, but they are determined to get things right - even if it takes a few attempts. All in all - top marks. Don't be put off by the location. And - you'll have to ring the bell to get in. You can pay by cash, card or set up a business account if you're so inclined.
