I returned to Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center in Fredericksburg, VA yesterday (April 22, 2025). It had been almost a year since my last visit. I was reminded of just how friendly, helpful and open the first line staff are there! I Love this medical practice! Dr, Gloschat is a wonderful doctor who really cares about his patients! He is so very warm, friendly, informative, professional and easy to talk to. While during this examination, he informed me that I only had just a slight bruised toenail! Whew, what a relief that was to a pro working Drummer like me, to hear that! He made me feel assured, and at ease by reason of his confidence, professionalism, knowledge and skilled training! And he is a young guy too! Whatta great doctor! I highly recommend this practice and if I could give them ten (10) stars, I would! everybody is so friendly and kind! they were also very attentive and helpful with all the questions I had. Rosa(sp?) was very personable and easy to talk too. She seemed to genuinely care and connect to her patients. The receptionist recognized a couple regulars and you could tell they all have a very welcoming and supportive staff/patient relationship. I will definitely recommend family and friends to this doctors office! Made to feel as if I was in a car dealership. The difference was the selling of shoes vs. cars. It was very and most evident that surgery was needed at a most impressive x-ray. Massive by using on both sides of both feet Howe er recommended "shoes" first. When you walk into the lobby it is an array of different shoes to choose from . This is sales, not health .... Very professional and I did not have to wait long to get an appointment. The staff was great from check in to check out.

Our first encounter with Dr Rafii and Dr Falco was while my husband was in the hospital. They were very nice and treated him like he was their only patient. They spent all the time needed to go over everything and answered all our questions. Then we went to the office for a follow-up!! Wow, what an amazing staff! Very friendly and accommodating of my husband's issues! He is so happy with the care and compassion the practice showed us. This is definitely a doctor's office to go to for sure!!! read more

Avoid at all costs! They misdiagnosed me, and constantly made clerical errors. They also billed my insurance for hundreds of dollars for something that had never been mentioned, and they admitted it was probably for another patient. This got taken care of after I called my insurance. I noticed my chart had incorrect information, almost like they were just making stuff up. The manager of this location had terrible people skills. Luckily for my last appointment here, the doctor I was seeing was unable to come in and the older male doctor diagnosed me correctly, but that was AFTER I spent so much money on copays and had to experience a ton of discomfort. read more
