I also can tell that they are forwarding my call. When I could finally get a hold of someone Esmeralda answered, then she told me to hold on, then she hung up in my face. When I called back someone else answered and said that Esmeralda is headed to a meeting and that she's no longer available. This staffing agency is unprofessional don't even waste your time. They are making my job search a lot more stressful than it should be. Terrible.
