I own my business I truly make it a point to use other local businesses for personal and company needs As with my Business my expectations are you do the job the rights the first time I have used a local company for my company shirts with embroidery logos for the most part the have been ok to deal with Thursday I stopped and pick up a large order 6 shirts were done correctly 1 jacket was done before I tried it on or looked at it .... ( they were instructed not to ) 2 new shirts were done incorrectly Wrong colors on logo ...they were instructed To do subdued colors to match shirt 3 10 beanies were done to small and the colors were reversed I didn't have the time to go over the issues So I emailed them requesting the 2 shirts replaced and the beanies replace or a 10% Discount About 1 hr latter I get phone call from owner Yelling at me telling I'm to picky and I'm never Happy ! Maintaining my composer I said you don't treat your customers this way If you make a mistake you correct it. No problem Well she yelled more said she didn't want my business and would refund the beanies I said that's your choice So I will no longer use Dynamic Graphics In SC Apparently they can't understand It's a privilege to have customers them When you can get it done on line and cheaper read more
