For my fellow Yelpers I'm usually always raving about the…read morefood but recently I sustained an injury on my lower back to the point that I can't even tie my laces. I called Fit based on my husbands referral (he loves them and have helped him with his nerve injury) and let me say I was impressed! When I called to make an appointment, the office administrator was Uber friendly, asked me some questions (yes they do direct billing with your insurer) and then sent me some forms via email and followed up with me. So amazing first impressions! Today was my appointment and I was greeted with a smile, she helped me fill out some forms I missed and then I was quickly taken for my appointment by someone I think is named Laura (well let's call her Laura for now) She was so friendly, made me feel comfortable as I was in a lot of pain, explained the process and when I can expect. Then I met the Dr., Pankil. Young, friendly, professional and provides such great detail and explanations. He walked me through first what my appointment would look like, did an assessment and then gave me a play by play of next steps. They did various things like apply heat, used a machine called "tens" on me and dry needling (acupuncture). Also Laura showed me some exercises I need to do twice a day and went through each one with me and they just Know I have a terrible memory as I received a folder and handout with exercises. This was an excellent experience and I was surprised as I'm in so much pain but this team shows patience and compassion and are so transparent with their patients. I'm booked for a couple of appointments this week and am looking forward to seeing them again. Wherever old tape was running through my head on physio, this operation is exceptional with an all star team.

The treatment room is big and spacious with large windows and a high, unfinished ceiling. However, you do share the room with other clients! There's a separate exercise area and another area for the consultation offices. In the treatment room, there's a TV on the wall and magazines to read beneath each treatment table. The staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend this place to people looking for good physiotherapist and treatment. It's advisable to book your appointments early as they are busy!
