Let me start by saying that this company was an absolute live-saver when it came to our little server crisis. I work as an IT consultant, and one of my major job duties is to help ensure no downtime for my employer's servers. Last week, our server crashed, which wouldn't be that big of a problem if we didn't do eighty percent of our sales through our website. With the server down on a Sunday night, you can guess that there wasn't a lot we could do - we sent an email off to Minnesota Computers and others anyway, asking if there was anything we could do. These guys were the only ones to respond, and come Monday morning, all we had to do was call them up to finalize things. They offered to rush shipping, but since they were local I just stopped in to get the replacement power supply. They were in the office pretty early (I stopped by a little before 8 am) and I was able to pick up a replacement for our server. Refurbished equipment, worked like a charm, and we had our server up and running not long after, way before peak hours hit. So here's the short of it: Service: Probably my favorite part about the whole thing. Not many people will respond to an email over the weekend (at least in my experience), and being able to stop in early for the part made things go over way more smoothly at work. The sales manager I spoke with was friendly, knew the hardware and knew exactly what I needed. He had the power supply ready when I came through the door and had me on my way to my work within minutes. Product: From what I've seen, great so far. The power supply did the trick, and we haven't had any problems with it since. Really important, considering our website is hosted there. Our power supply wasn't new - it was Grade A refurbished, and the sales guy said they have techs who do all that in the back. Got a warranty with the power supply, but I doubt we'll have to return it. All in all, I was very impressed. The replacement part saved us when we were in jam, and if we ever need more parts, this is where we'll go. read more

Our firm loves Minnesota Computers prices and quality. I can call them anytime and their in house technicians will trouble shoot any issue we are having. I have sold back to them many systems and peripherals that we no longer had use for. They have the ability to configure the networks we purchase. They sent out their technician last week to fix our HP Plotter and HP server. An excellent job was done in under an hour on both units. This place is great, Benny the HP plotter specialist is great to work with and has kept our old business plotters going. They are affordable and know their stuff. Its rare to find a business now a days that has great customer service but Minnesota Computers is 5 star all the way. read more
