He kept me in the loop with every step and even did research to get me the most performance out of my dollar by recommending a GPU swap. He hand delivered the machine to my door and explained everything about the system and recommendations on how to get the most performance out of it. He is extremely knowledgeable and is readily available to help with any issues or questions you may have. I will be recommending him to everybody I know that wants to upgrade or get a new build and when it comes time to upgrade my current tower or my old tower now I will be exclusively using him.
