I went here in such debilitating pain in feb 2026 in my neck and shoulder..after a few months of ruling out everything come to find out pinched nerve in neck. I could not tell you the Doctors name, he never introduced himself. I told him 3 times, due to the hardware in my knee I cannot have injections. He ignored me and said he was going to schedule injections. He asked if I had tried a certain medication and I said I had and it did not work, so he went ahead and prescribed THAT med. HE DID NOT LISTEN TO ONE WORD I SAID. Believe the reviews about all they want to do is injections. They must get a huge kickback on injections. This doctor was rude and disregarded strict instructions from my Orthopedic Surgeon. I really question this man's education, not knowledgeable at all about treating knees. Other staff were ok. Many MANY HIPPA violations - heres proof. Read other location reviews too. They treat you like cattle and refuse to see you as an individual. I HATE this clinic.The staff is nice (for the most part) the Dr's & PA's are mostly inpersonal (you never see 1 provider to build trust/relationship with) Providers are only worried about fitting you into their "box" and not you as an individual. They refuse to listen to your concerns & build a plan. I have literally been told "thats just how it is". They have no problem stopping prescribing meds (non narcotic) without explaination or even telling you.You find out when the pharmacy tries to ask for a refill (and that dr has prescibed it for the year prior). And your told "sorry- we decided we arent doing it anymore" They try to force you to do injections (not FDA approved) that are contrindicated with other comorbidities & when I asked the anesthesiologist protocol if something goes wrong during the procedure, he literally sat back in his chair and said "I dunno..I guess call you an ambulance" He also said he didn't want to loose his license because another female dr in the area lost hers recently. So be prepared...they are gonna pull this crap with yall too.There is NO WAY IN HELL I would have anything else done here. Also, the last appoint I had, I was placed in a room to wait. There was lidocaine, other vials of meds, DME,PATIENTS PERSONAL/MEDICAL INFO easily accessible, urine samples with names,DOB, insur. Info & samples themselves. If I really had ulterior motives, I had easy access to TONS of info & samples that could have been tampered with. Is this where you want your info?? Who else has had access to this? These guys don't treat patients, they follow a script. They "know" the pain you have regardless of what you say. If you say you are in more pain then they say, you must be a drug addict! People like myself with severe legitimate life changing pain can NOT sit in a chair for 2 hours sometimes 3 while they laugh and play and joke around in the back office. No thanks ! Moreover , this place is scared to write scripts and have a ceiling of strength and types of pills they prescribe. In my case my pain worsened with age and they ( APRN ) not an actual doctor DECREASED my dosage ! What ? When I asked her why I was told they are being watched by the DEA with the new "laws" set in place way back in 2018. I'm paying these people to manage my pain NOT make it worse. They are the most unprofessional group of doctors and PA I have ever had to deal with I wouldn't bring my dog there they give you unnecessary shots they won't even discuss a medication change I told the PA that the gabapention was giving my diarrhea and they just blew past it didn't offer me a solution except take or to try something different and don't tell them the medication they are giving you isn't helping because they know everything and won't actually discuss the real problems you are having I was just a piece of meat to be fleeced so my insurance would pay more they are horrible and believe me full of them selves read more

I am or was a patient at the Dothan AL location after moving here from another state but it seems they all operate the same. My first visit they set me up for a steroid injection without ever looking at an X-Ray or an MRI and told me straight up if you want my prescription filled you'll get the injection. I had brought them five years' worth of treatment records and a recommendation from my former pain clinic Dr plus 20 years worth of surgeries on my spine and PT records plus a MRI disc for them to view. His reply was I don't even have any way to view the disc. I about fell out of my chair. They have one goal and that is to milk the patient and insurance for as much as they can and once there are literally no more injections or ablations that can be given even though you are still in pain and have done everything they asked you to do you will be told this will be your last prescription because we don't just hand out pills. They are the most uncaring unethical bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. No concern for patients at all only your money and when that opportunity dries up you will be told goodbye. How or why the government allows them to stay in business is beyond my comprehension. I even saw a doctor mock a patient behind their back. The patient was a cripple and he mocked his walk. This company is all about revenue not the patients care. I have a lung an heart disease an they made me come in for my appointment no one was wearing masks or gloves people were sitting on top of each other some with masks some not l. There were people coughing even some of the care workers there I confronted the nurse, Dr, an nurse practitioner they all new I had underlining conditions I asked them why no one is wearing masks an gloves an people sitting by ravh other there response was our company told us not to an continue operating as normal I got very upset with them an said this is not acceptable an ur not following CDC guidelines. The Dr told me exactly this there r other Doctors in the area so I found me a great one at Andrews institute. I was referred to DPW by my PC physician for a bulging disc. While turning in my paperwork I saw other patients being called by other receptionists to the same window that I was at. The receptionists were asking everyone personal information questions that I could overheat. This a Federal HIPPA violation. After being called back speak to a Doctor, he looked at my record, including MRI and X-rays, the doctor immediately began talking about pain medications and spinal injections. Not one mention was made about physical therapy until I brought it up. After 8-9 minutes with the doctor, I was told that a Nurse Assistant would schedule me for PT. The Nurse Assistant took my contact information and informed me that I would be contacted when the Pensacola location was setup to provide PT. It was then that I realized DPW was setup strictly to push meds to patients instead of creating care team solutions for helping patients in pain. I went in to have my nerves burned due to a torn tendon in my hip and I liked the first dr I saw but couldn't get her anymore. I don't take pain meds yet they kept scheduling Follow up visits for follow up visits and for no reason. The reception workers are really nice but the day I had this procedure done a man I've never seen walks in and starts says nothing not even what he is doing first so I have to ask. It hurts like hell so he reduces it and then all done he leaves. Bad bedside manner and rude. Never told me how long it would hurt or how to alleviate pain after or what the hell to do when I got home. Not going back my health is more important then being treated like an object. I had a great experience with the two lady receptionists at the front desk, Kelly and Tressa, the doctors doing the procedure. You would have gotten a five but because of the lady given the anesthesia wanted to do nothing but argue with. Before sha gave me my needle, I explained to her why I didn't want it in my hand and please, if you have to do it there just don't dig around, well she did dig around. This was at the Milton location and his name was Danish Ali. Little bit of what happened to me yesterday every other Monday I've been going for shots in my neck and my lower back for the chronic pain. I don't know if all of y'all know but in 2007 I was involved in an accident and fractured C6 and C7 in my neck. My neck is super sensitive you can't touch it, I can't even let wind blow on it I have to make sure my hair is down. That's why I regretted it when I cut my hair off short that time. Yesterday I go in for my two-week injection it's a visiting doctor from another pain clinic. His Nurse tells me it's trigger point injections and that they don't do any sedation for trigger point injections so I tell her if that's the case I do not want to have it done that you cannot touch my neck never less stick needles into it. She proceeded to tell me to sit in the waiting room and she's going to go talk to the doctor. They call me back the guy that's always working there that help settle the patients in asked me if my driver's there and I tell him yes so I assume okay they're going to do some sedation they get me on the table and the doctor comes in and tells me sedation is an Overkill and he doesn't do that for trigger point injections and I tell him no I don't want to have this done he says you just lay there it will be done in just a minute. I perceived ask him if it hurts too bad if he will stop he says yes. He proceeded to stick these needles in my neck the whole time me telling him to stop! I'm crying tears and snot going everywhere underneath me because I'm laying on my stomach and I have a hole where my face is. He tells me if you keep crying like that he is going to have to stop and I yell at him saying please stop that's all I want you to do. He continues his procedure and I have it done it hurt like hell but I guess it's done now so. I tell the office manager at front what happened they're in disbelief as he comes over and continues to being eyes and belittle me at the front counter. My tinnitus and hyperacusis is so bad this morning for being upset yesterday that I can't even be around any sounds. I went to Dynamic Pain & Wellness clinic in Pensacola after getting a referrer from my doctor at West Florida. I was favorably impressed with them after going to several other pain management specialist doctors in several locations in three other states. The Dynamic Pain & Wellness Doctor took a long time with me, went over my Cat scans, MRI's, X rays and medical records before prescribing a plan to help me. He asked me if I understood and asked me if I had any questions a number of times. I wish I had come here first. I had been in Acute care for several weeks on my back unable to move in my bed. Then I was in a wheelchair for a year, followed by a walker, then rollator and now I use a cane to get around. I have spinal stenosis, sclerosis, arthritis, bone spurs, a herniated disk, degenerative disk disease, peripheral neuropathy and an x who refused to pick me up from the hospital after 28 years of marriage but she had been having affairs for over 8 years before she divorced me this year. I had two neck fusions and 6 months of PT and OT before Medicare and Humana put a stop to it because I wasn't making forward progress.
