I have spine issues and arthritis I wanted relief from the pain and they have been very helpful in giving me relief. The doctors and nurses are working with me to find the best solution. I have a Medicare Supplemental Plan, and i truly believe they overcharge. I was told my knee braces wouldn't cost anything and am now being billed $2,206.95 each one, which my insurance payed $4,208.06, my part after being adjusted is $205.84; but, the lady told me she entered me in a "program", for lack of a better word, where I would not be charged. I have many more examples, but i will spare you. One more complaint is they are billing for a 30-39 minute office visit and i see them if im lucky for 15, but normally 10.​ A compliment i do have is for the exceptional check-in and the check-out staff.
