Their efforts were commendable so much so that once I finished my first round of PT, I decided to give them a chance and after 3 weeks they have completely restored my trust in their professionalism, courtesy compassion and expertise. It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. And Henry the PT working with me, is knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and is great to work with. Stacy, Ramiro, Tiffany, and Camelia are all kind and pleasant. These are the ones who have worked with me. The facility may be very large but they truly give great care to all patients. I thought it only fair to share this good report given I shared apparently a one off occurrence. I wish Kenner Orthopedic all the best and if you are looking for a PT facility with good customer service and patient care give them a try.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the equipment was in excellent condition. They took their time explaining the different exercises and machinery, and ramped up the level of difficulty at the appropriate intervals. The home exercises that they showed me helped a lot and they always answered my questions with an intelligent and well-explained response. If you live in the vicinity and need some rehabilitation from an injury or recent surgery, I recommend giving this place a shot.

This office is different from all other typical PT offices - at City Park, your therapist actually spends quality time with you on every single visit. In other physical therapy offices, you will see your PT on the first visit, they will give you a set of exercises that rarely change, and then you will rarely see your therapist other than a passing word. NOT HERE! I will return here the next time I need therapy. On every visit, I received manual therapy and dry needling from my PT, and extra time was added for traction (which scared me to death since I had never tried it before, and now I love it!). They are professionals that work hard to get you better.

My therapist AJ is definitely a genius when it comes to the movement of the human body. He has the knowledge and ability to successfully relieve your pain, while teaching and helping you to understand the mechanics of your joints, tendons, ligaments and muscles. The PT Techs Lyles, Taylor and Desiree are awesome individuals! They also understand the movements of the body and are able to guide you through your entire program. Everyone there has a friendly attitude, they are always willing to help and they provide a wonderful atmosphere to help you get to your movement goals.

I think the owners could really improve the experience by investing in updated equipment and furnishings. Back when I lived in Boston, I worked for the Physical Therapy and Sports Physical Therapy offices of Mass General. The latter handled all the Sports Physical Therapy for the Red Sox, as well as Bruins, as well as extremely high profile clientele. So the care there was stellar, top notch and second to none. Superior Rehab, is a THAT level of care and service. My Physical Therapist , Billy Beaudreau, was such a quintessential professional. He was ON TIME, which is unheard of in the 504, am I right? He had me do so many tests which showed him where I was actually hurt, not simply where I was hurting. Did you know that they are not always the same thing? All I can say is that I left, actually feeling better. A LOT better. Man, I could go on and on about Billy Beaudreau and his entire staff of Physical Therapy professionals who go out of their way to not only treat you, but treat you well. I called one morning at 8:30am and was told I'd get a call back to schedule the appt. No call back. I called back just before 12:00pm and was again told I'd get a call back. No call back #2. I called again around 4:30 and was put on hold... for over 30 minutes. Then at 5:00pm my call was switched over to an answering machine that told me the office closed at 5:00. I called this morning and they said they had no record of me or my doctor's referral. They also didn't apologize! Maybe I just happened to catch them at a bad time or on a bad day... but to tell someone you'll call them back and then not deliver is just unprofessional. I had to find someone else who I could trust for my physical therapy.
