And now I'm back again, to begin another rehab stint after replacement of my second knee. Everyone with whom I have come in contact, from (Amanda) the front desk; to my primary therapist (Dee) and several others; as well as the terrific techs (Clare, Tyrique, Jarod, AJ, Raven, Elise and Kayla.) Everyone is so personable and positive and uplifting. They are kind and attentive with me and everyone else on the therapy floor. The staff members know your name and that's so appreciated. I'm delighted by the care and attention I've received here this year. To say 'it feels like family' is such a cliche, but it does and I mean that in the best possible way! I called again around 4:30 and was put on hold... for over 30 minutes. Then at 5:00pm my call was switched over to an answering machine that told me the office closed at 5:00. I called this morning and they said they had no record of me or my doctor's referral. They also didn't apologize! Maybe I just happened to catch them at a bad time or on a bad day... but to tell someone you'll call them back and then not deliver is just unprofessional. I had to find someone else who I could trust for my physical therapy.

This office is different from all other typical PT offices - at City Park, your therapist actually spends quality time with you on every single visit. In other physical therapy offices, you will see your PT on the first visit, they will give you a set of exercises that rarely change, and then you will rarely see your therapist other than a passing word. NOT HERE! I will return here the next time I need therapy. On every visit, I received manual therapy and dry needling from my PT, and extra time was added for traction (which scared me to death since I had never tried it before, and now I love it!). They are professionals that work hard to get you better.
