Tried making a payment online and got "providerToken" unable to process. Tried ACH, didn't work…read more Tried a difference credit card, didn't work. I've been on the hold with the company for over 20 minutes now during a busines day. I can only imagine what will happen when it's time to put a claim in and get paid. If they can't afford to hire enough call center individuals, they won't have enough money to pay claims!!!
