Dynamiq A/V has now done 2 different installations in my home, and I couldn't be happier. Jose is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and his attention to detail is off the charts. For our first installation we decided to hang a 65" TV + soundbar above our stone fireplace. My wife was very hesitant at first since she didn't want to drill into our stone, however, Jose managed to run a power-bridge and hang the TV without even touching the stone. We receive compliments on our setup all the time and I always say we have Dynamiq A/V to thank. Our second installation was in our bedroom, and Jose was able to quickly get us up-and-running. Jose was very prompt to respond to my call. I had him uninstall and move 3 TVs from my old house and transport them to new house for instillation. He mounted 3 of the 4 and help me set up Roku on them. On one of the TVs he set up a sound bar with surround sound speakers. The work was impeccable. In addition to this, he spent time with us going how how to work Roku and streaming which is something we have never done. Excellent service by Jose on after market outdoor speaker system. Response was quick from inquiry to in-home consultation to installation. As an audiophile myself knew along our discussions that Jose was knowledgeable on the topic/business. Incredibly pleased with the 4.1 Episode Terrain system and the quality of the installation work. The speakers are discrete, the wiring was done with proper outdoor cable specs and conduit, and left it looking like the system had been there all along with the construction of the home (which was not, all this was done as add-on). He talked a lot but seemed reasonably well-informed and knowledgeable...I could tell that he was going to up-sell us as he instantly started slagging on the existing equipment that I had. When I got the quote, it was way more than it should have been...they were charging me tax on their labor and said labor costs were double the other quotes I received. When I inquired about the quote, I received an terse email that basically said the quote was what it was and that they were unwilling to negotiate in the least. Look no further!! I messaged several businesses last weekend, and Alicia responded quickly (on a Sunday) to help me with a quote and a few other questions I had. While they may not be the cheapest out there, when it comes to TV mounting/hardware installation you definitely get what you pay for. Jose and his helper (I didn't get his name, my apologies sir!) called and said they were on their way, and arrived right on time when Alicia said they would....we we're off to a great start! They had all the equipment, tools, and even put on booties over their work boots; a nice touch. The TV mount was exactly the full motion, swivel/articulating style I wanted, and the Sonos sound bar mount was also spot on as well. They worked efficiently, continually cleaned up after themselves, and took great pride in making sure everything was secure and level.
