So my last review i hadn't made a decision on what company I wanted to install my solar. But after…read morea lot of research and communication with all the companies I went with Jeff's company. I can tell you that it was by far the best decision I've made hiring any company to do a job for me. I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. Only Jeff's salesperson was in contact with me everytime and everystep of the design and installation. So if youre wondering who you should choose for your solar company its Jeff's company!! They are by far the best company I've ever had do a job for me and HIGHLY recommend them to do your job. To the sales staff to the installers...GREAT JOB and God bless you guys!!!

I had a problem with the micro inverters not responding on my array, and I spent three months…read moretrying to work with my service provider until I finally told them that their timeline line was no longer acceptable. That is when they told me that I had to get three estimates and send them the documentation where upon their board would take this under advisement. I called Vibe Solar and paid their service fee to come out and assess the problem. Michael Peters is the technician that came out. He immediately found the problem (which was a juryrigged line to the last inverter before the main box) and was wonderful about taking care of it. My 28 panel array is back up and working like a champ. I will be using Vibe Solar in the future for any problems that may arise. Actually I am letting my manufacturer know that I wish to switch the service provider they have listed for me to Vibe Solar and will be happy to tell them why. Last but not least, Vibe Solar is Veteran owned and since my Husband was an Air Force retiree (Viet Nam Vet) I am most happy to be able to support this business. Georgia Johnson California City, CA

Service review 3 year post-installation. We had a 10kWh (25…read morepanel at 400w each panel) Vibe Solar REC AlphaPure system installed in 2022. Absolutely excellent system with flawless performance. So for design and installation we give Vibe 5 stars and I would still give the new Vibe installation 5 stars still today. Richard Vermulien and Mike the Installer did top notch work. Well fall of 2025 we had some intense winds (we are in a very high wind area) and ONE of the 25 panels got a bit loose. It took a few weeks to get Mike out to do service but he added more clamps and UFO screws to hold the rogue panel down before that one rogue panel could complete it's escape. So 5 star installation AND 5 star service is what this review is all about. Vibe has been the total package. They gave us a wonderful system that has performed in extreme weather and when that extreme weather caused a panel to get loose, they came and clamped it back down at 0 cost. Would I buy from Vibe again? Yes, absolutely. You can see the video of our wind turbine furling in sustained 45mph winds with gusts to 60mph as well as a photo of some intense winds as well. The winds here are no joke (which is quite rather why we have the wind turbine in the first place). The roof is standing seam metal roof with clamps to hold the array down. Vibe delivered a perfect system and has taken amazing care of us. We generate 40kWh to 60kWh from solar alone on sunny days depending on season. The REC solar system has generated over 65MWh to date. The system has not yet paid for itself, but is saving us about $5,000 per year in electricity so it will within a few years.

I shopped around with several solar companies before reaching out to Solar Shoppers. I was referred…read moreby a friend and could not have been happier with the decision. I first spoke with Levon on August 10th and informed him of exactly what I was looking for. Levon designed the exact system I was looking for and was available day and night to answer all of the questions we had regarding changes and updates to the system. Levon was extremely knowledgeable on the entire process and emailed us during every step of the process. Our system was installed on September 7th and would have been earlier if it wasn't for us delaying the project being out of town and not getting the documents back to Levon sooner. Overall even with the delays the system was installed less than 30 days after contacting Levon. The install was very smooth and the foreman for the install project explained the entire process that morning and what the next steps would be. Again everything that was explained was exactly how the process went to the very last detail. The solar inspection from the city was on September 16th and we received PTO on September 20th. Our system has been operating for almost two months now I don't have one complaint about except I wish I would've call Levon at Solar Shoppers from the beginning. If you are looking to get solar for your home I would definitely recommend getting a quote form Solar Shoppers. Of all the companies I spoke with no of them could beat Solar SHoppers price or timeline to complete the install.

Buyers beware. If you're considering doing business with this company, I strongly recommend reading…read morethe contract very carefully and getting clarification on every single term before signing anything. I was presented with a contract involving a 25-year commitment, and after reviewing it, I had a long list of questions because I found information that appeared to be missing, unclear, or contradictory. These were not minor questions, they were important details that could affect us financially over the life of the agreement. I sent my questions directly to Levon Juni, Vice President of the company, expecting that someone in leadership would take the time to address them. His response was that he didn't have time to answer all of my questions. That response was extremely concerning to me. When you are asking a customer to commit to a 25-year agreement, I believe there should be transparency and enough time to explain the terms and address reasonable questions before expecting someone to sign. My advice to anyone considering this company: slow down, read everything, ask questions, and don't feel pressured to sign until you completely understand what you're agreeing to. If something in the contract is unclear or contradictory, get it explained in writing before moving forward. For me, the lack of clarity and the unwillingness to fully address my questions were major red flags. A 25-year commitment is a serious financial decision, and homeowners deserve clear answers before signing on the dotted line.
