I was reluctant to send the entire price for the cleaning before hand because usually you just a deposit and I saw some reviews about him not showing up, but Tony assured me that they have more good reviews on Google and that I could trust him. When it came to the day that the cleaning was scheduled, they did not show up and I got no call or text until 11:30am!! When the cleaning was scheduled for 9:00am, so yes I was freaking out for 2 and a half hours thinking I got scammed, not a great feeling especially when I was reluctant to trust them in the first place, wow. When he finally did contact me it was some excuse about how his employees "don't want to work" and that he couldn't contact me because he "has another job". He then told me he wasn't able to clean it until a few days later when I already needed it done urgently. Could've saved time and stress hiring another company. Doesn't matter how well they clean, Tony clearly does not take this business seriously and should just focus on said "other job". I hope you get taken off of yelp, unreliable people do not deserve to run businesses.

They actually care if the job is done right. They are attentive to our request and suggestions. Myra is easy to work with text/call. Her staff are friendly and HONEST. I have Mrs clean come in 2-4 times a month. We have got to the point that I just get home and the house looks like when we bought it. All the small things that bother you. Splashes of coffee small marks on countertops they find and they clean it. If you concerned about harsh chemicals, you have the option to bring organic cleaning supplies and they are more then happy to use those materials. The biggest plus is the worry free business I conduct with Myra and her team. With as busy as life can be having my house clean is not one of my concerns. They arrive within the window they are supposed to, they do a good job and I don't need to bother asking for anything more. This being my 4th cleaning service, by far this company is the best. She quoted me $400, so in my head I was factoring tips for her staff. However when they cleaned the house it was a basic clean. What you would expect in a weekly cleaning, NOT a deep clean. I had to specifically ask and remind the crew that I requested prior that the windows were cleaned inside and out. The did not clean the outside until I had to ask and they called their boss to confirm. The slider door track wasn't cleaned, base boards, doors, trim, wasn't cleaned free of finger prints, just not what you expect when you state very clearly your expectations. The realtor of course had nothing to say but patronize me about how it wasn't them, blah blah, I reiterated THEY recommended her and I not only didn't get what I paid $150+ extra for but I had to re clean my own house for the photos after paying $550! The quality of service is a systemic problem in this town filled with corruption and lies. I DID NOT tip voluntarily and immediately complained to the referee of the transaction. Why would I tip if I wasn't happy, it was what I was billed.?Toxic, bullying and intimidation filled with lies is how this town operates. Good riddance.

    I am leaving this review not because of the move-out cleaning itself (as that is still to be…read moredetermined and this will review will be updated accordingly, if necessary), but because of the deeply unprofessional, coercive, and ethically sloppy conduct of the owner/manager, Kimberly Gonzalez. I paid $150 upfront as agreed. Prior to the job, I was explicit--in writing--about my maximum budget and that any flexibility was conditional on being informed beforehand. Instead, once the team was already on site, the price began to escalate in real time. First, I was told the total needed to increase to $250 (an additional $100 over the $150 already paid). When I objected--because this exceeded what we had discussed--I was then pressured for "at least $50 more," framed as unavoidable because the workers were "overtime" and the clock was running. In other words: the terms changed after work had begun, and my consent was treated as irrelevant. The justification for this escalation was frankly bizarre. I was suddenly informed that the kitchen sink "drained straight to the bottom," implying a plumbing issue--and then implicitly accused of previously managing this with a bucket or bowl. Let me be clear: I have been accused of many things in my life, but secretly concealing a fictional plumbing failure with a bucket is not one of them. There was no known sink issue, and in any case, plumbing problems are not a cleaning surcharge, nor are they something a customer should be financially ambushed over mid-job. What followed crossed from unprofessional into coercive. I was repeatedly told that if I did not immediately pay more, Ms. Gonzalez would have to "come out of pocket," that there was "no time to go back and forth," and that payment later was not acceptable--despite the fact that the back-and-forth was initiated solely because the business changed the price after the service was underway. I was even asked who the homeowner was, an irrelevant and inappropriate question in context. At one point, Ms. Gonzalez explicitly stated that she does not care about bad reviews because she has plenty of good ones. So, respectfully: if you don't care, then here it is. Small businesses deserve support. Workers deserve to be paid. What customers do not deserve is to be pressured into paying more than agreed upon, blamed for unrelated household issues, and emotionally cornered into compliance while being told their prior boundaries no longer matter. I ultimately paid the additional amount simply to end the interaction. If you choose this company, understand this clearly: -- The initial price is not final once workers arrive -- New "issues" may appear without advance notice -- Budget ceilings may be disregarded mid-job -- Communication becomes pressurized and inappropriate Proceed with caution.
