After all that trouble, they finally sent me one month supply due to being on backorder. Fine. I called the next month to get supplies again and they tell me I need to go through the pre-authorization process all over again, which was not true after waiting for that to be started I called my insurance company and they verified that I do not need another authorization. We called the US med together and they said everything was good. Two days later, my stuff still hasn't shipped and they told me that I now owed another $135 which was never on my account but fine. I paid it. Get an email today saying that they want another $135. I've paid almost $800 in the last month and I got billed $235 from a bill back in July. How am I getting a bill for something in July??? It has been nothing but trouble and nobody cares and nobody wants to help me. I have now been without my sensors for three weeks, and I went out without them for almost 2 months from January to the end of February This is not acceptable continuity of care. This is horrible customer service. If you have a choice, I would go anywhere but here.

Long story short, she is not strong enough to get up and go to the toilet, and as she had used the Purewick in the hospital, I was intent on getting her one for home, as the adult diapers were not able to contain the...well, you get it! Someone told me that Broadway Medical had these, I called and Rob could not have been more helpful, understanding or kind. He held the machine for me, and within and hour, I was home with the Purewick! I can't say enough how kind and helpful Rob and his assistant Krystal were! They will help submit the medical documents to Medicare, another thing I dreaded doing! This is an OUTSTANDING business, local, and I only hope this review (and my previous review) encourage you to head there for all of your medical device needs!!!

Last month, I stopped in his medical supply store in Westwood, NJ and sought help to fix the wheel on my 97-year-old mother's walker as she waited out in my car. He told me he could not help. While I was there, I also had questions on how he filed the Medicare claim on behalf of my mom who purchased a wheelchair from him for $275 back in March. Apparently Medicare was supposed to pay for part of it and reimburse my mother, but that's not what happened. HE was being reimbursed monthly by Medicare. Yes, he would then send a check to my mom, but I questioned why it happened this way. With that, he got indignant, angry, and started screaming at me, saying I came in here and asked for something for free and then I accused him of wrongdoing. (which afterwards, when calling Medicare, they did confirm he filed my mother's claim incorrectly.) I got upset and told him I was going to give him a bad review. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. So I reached to take a business card off the counter. As I turned around to leave, he was right there, body blocking me! I told him not to touch me, as I myself am a 75-year-old woman, so there is no need to be confrontational for my asking a question. With that he turned around, took my mother's walker, opened up the door and shoved it out onto the sidewalk. He's the most hot tempered, unprofessional human being I've ever met. I live outside his usual service area and he still personally delivered the bed. Recently the controller stopped working, turned out to be a faulty wire, and Steve ordered a replacement at no cost and drove back out to install it. He is friendly, professional, and very accommodating. His pricing made it possible for me to afford a high-end ICU hospital bed I never could have purchased otherwise. The bed is in great condition, fully functional, and absolutely worth it. Highly recommend Steve and Quick Medics.
