All of the shoes were delivered much later than promised, despite several delivery date changes. One groomsman received replacement pants that fit worse than the original pair and had no choice but to wear pants that didn't fit properly. On the wedding day, two groomsmen were missing cuff links, forcing a last-minute change so only the groom could wear them. Most concerning, one groomsman was given a vest that was a completely different color than the rest of the wedding party. While the wedding itself was wonderful, the attire issues created unnecessary stress during an already busy time. When I returned the tuxes and discussed these concerns, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability or concern on their end. Each issue was met with excuses rather than solutions, including blaming vendors, delivery services, and even suggesting the photographer could correct the vest color difference. When I expressed that some form of compensation seemed appropriate after spending over $1,000 on wedding attire, the owner responded by explaining how much she had paid for the suits. As a customer, that was irrelevant to my concerns. My focus was on the numerous mistakes and the impact they had on my son's wedding day. We have used Moon Tuxedo for years under previous ownership, but based on this experience, we will not be returning. I suggest if you want a stress-free experience to look elsewhere.

She then replied that she just got a video recording of me saying that I was going to slander her. I told her ira not slander if you have pictures to prove it. One shirt was so small that the bottom buttons couldn't even be buttoned. The other guys sleeves were so short, that all of the guys had to roll up their sleeves, which is not the look we were going for. Maybe they can handle a 1 tux order for prom, but they definitely can't handle a 5 groomsmen wedding. Don't waste your time or money.

I try to always take my items in well in advance of when I need them (as I have done with every tailor I have used) but the one time I asked for a dress with a faster turn-around, she accommodated me. As someone who spent my entire career in marketing, I can say that people with negative experiences tend to leave reviews more than people with positive experiences.
