Well, I've never had such poor service from Amazon, eBay or even Walmart as this store. They immediately charged my credit card when I ordered a pocketbook for my daughter. Then a week later, after ignoring emails, responded to tell me that they actually didn't have the pocketbook that they quickly charged me for. The asked me to pick another and promised to quickly UPS it. That didn't happen either. Another week later after I had reached out to the BBB they reached out to me again. They didn't actually have that pocketbook either. Here's the ONE pocketbook that we actually have. You want it?? I've seen used car salesmen more honest and reputable than this company!
