Before he started we chatted briefly about what my goals were and why I was interested in the audit. We came up with three goals and went from there. He tested the air quality of my home and did a blower door test. We found some surprising areas that was losing heat and were inefficient. He was helpful in ideas for quick home fixes to making a list of problem areas to focus on. I was pleased with the whole experience. I wouldn't have realized energy audits were a thing until I spoke with a co-worker who recently had one conducted. I am glad I got one done on my home. Nice phone conversation…read more However, with the stressors we've had I didn't quite put it all together until tonight when finally looking at my receipt that I was correct when I was given a price and then it become much more expensive with so called taxes and fees as the excuse when I questioned them and that's what I'm told. $40 mirror plus $16 and change for backing plus $6 and change surcharge and tax isn't almost $90. Our glass was also packaged up so we couldn't see it upon arrival. I wanted to see it but was informed it's hard to mess up up a mirror during the somewhat awkward in person pick up where we wasn't acknowledged until we hesitantly rang the bell lightly after a long time standing waiting. When we took it out IN THE PARKING LOT it was very dirty with stuff we thankfully was able to see that it was moving off of the glass BUT never thought about looking at the backing. After we was home we removed it completely and with alot of scrubbing we got it somewhat clean. This should have been presented to us professionally and clean and we should have been shown the product before packaging it up . However, they was aware we wasn't planning on using a backing on our project as long as their work looked good we didn't expect anything less as they are a professional business. LOL but the contact paper was put on sloppily and now we have to use a backing. We are afraid if we try to fix their sloppy creases it may ruin the mirror finish so costing us even more from poor work. I tried my best to smooth it myself but the photos shows what I still have that is not as bad as it was but still sloppy. We were taken on around $20 in addition to sloppy unprofessional work. It's our fault we didn't press harder against their excuses on costs. We don't typically get ripped off by local businesses and I'm usually a lot more inquisitive and this is why. Can't trust no one. Hope you enjoyed screwing us. I don't mess with karma however you all do. Glad it's not my karma. Probably should watch our statement close and change our numbers. We needed this mirror to move forward with our project but it only put us further in the hole and more behind. We should have waited for our favorite glass company an hour away from us that we usually use and next time we will. Update: I just read through google reviews to find multiples who was quoted and overcharged. Wow just wow! I knew I wasn't wrong. Crooks!! I expect a 50% refund due to the poor product of what we should have been charged on top also the extra $20 fake fees charged. Around $55 refund expected back to my card. Update: was refunded more than I asked for after an email to the owner. No apologies but lady in office when I called told me it was the owner who I had to of worked with due to the day of the week he's the only one working there then but there was two guys so ‍) but who she believed I worked with on the order and she did verbally apologize for our experience and took care of me based upon the owners email. She was very nice and professional and sent me a copy of the refund receipt.

We needed our gutters cleaned plus all the corners joints leaked causing the gable's stucco to fall off. We had the Neff Company repair the stucco. They are excellent as well. I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

Used Hidden Creek for three years to upgrade my landscaping and for seasonal maintenance:…read more- a large portion of what they planted died and the replacements they provided died, even though they were doing the regular maintenance on that landscaping; - getting a proposal for landscaping and/or planting took forever, often resulting in work being done when the peak planting times were past and I am sure exacerbating the problem with new landscaping dying; - there were repeated problems with the landscaping crews executing the agreed upon instructions for new landscaping; and - landscaping crews often made a mess when they worked, killing grass and damaging other plantings, including a botched pruning job that killed a mature and valuable flowering crabapple tree. You should be aware that Hidden Creek does not have its own nursery but buys materials from other vendors, at least as to the work they performed for us.

Mishelle was attentive, incredibly quick with her responses, detail-oriented, and listened to all of my goals for the project (and then followed through to be sure each was completed successfully). The designer, Marc, did a great job planning out my needs and revised as needed. The project manager, Tim, came out to the site, often, to check on the progress and made sure every detail was completed successfully. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the installation crew, primarily made up of Roberto, Roman, and Antonio, were exemplary; it was hard to believe the progress they made each day and they did so with exemplary professionalism and care. Hidden Creek is not the cheapest landscaping company, but they are the perfect example of you get what you pay for; I cannot recommend their services enough!
