Her orthodontist said what needed to be done. Dr. Holden disagreed and cut the wrong one. I asked him to call the ortho first but he was insistent. I am now taking her to another place two years later to do the right one. In Port Huron. I called their office to let them know and they didn't really care. Make sure before you let him do it. The experience also was so traumatizing, it has taken me two years to get my child to agree to do it again correctly.

However, the bedside manner of Poupard and his office and nursing staff are atrocious. They are arrogant and rude. Our experience is that we were treated like cattle. And once the teeth are pulled, it's clear from the way he and his staff interact, that he wants nothing more to do with you. My child was having trouble with the healing process after wisdom tooth removal. Called his office, she described the symptom over the phone, and he prescribed antibiotics sight unseen. We were foolish to follow his advice. Go at your own risk. My advice would be to look further afield.

it was horrible. its been three weeks since my fillings, and even the same day it was horrible. i…read morewas numb for 7 hours after and had cuts covering all over my mouth. the office wait was bad; i was waiting for over an hour to get called back when i was 10 minutes early for my appointment time. the front desk workers are mean, they will talk badly about other patients in front of you, and even mock them. now, three weeks after my appointment, one of my fillings were drilled so badly that the the tooth is looser now. i promise, their "quicker" appointment dates are not worth it, find a better dentist. they do not care about you or your teeth, just their egos.
