Booked an arrival and return pick-up, for a total of 98 British Pounds. Not bad at all for a two way ride! ( A Black Cab will cost over 100 Pounds one-way from the airport) My driver called my cell phone at pre-arranged time, upon landing at Heathrow. He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! Highly recommended for travelers arriving in London with spouse/family and a lot of luggage! I cant imagine people travelling any other way!

Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves. If you're booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.

Our driver was at Heathrow when we arrived - he stayed in close cell phone contact we us until we met him in front of Costa Coffee. He was very professional, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the trip to Leicester was wonderful. Our return trip was in a larger vehicle with a different driver - he also stayed in close contact with us and met us in the lobby of our hotel. He was very personable and helpful, and the return trip to Heathrow was flawless. At all times we felt safe and secure. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy extended by both drivers and with the company in general. We would definitely use Jewel Airport Transfers again in the future. 5 + stars!

The sale agent did not tell us itemization or total price . Forgery on agreement without…read morenotification of change , but only requested us to sign on the last page after asking for responsible of violation on road or parking . However when we returned the car, we filled full of tank of gas , and requested for receipt , then we knew the total price different than our original booking . and the manager promised to credit the fuel charge and invested others, but never did . They pretended dead without responding our email or money . As a business , not trustworthy, and has no interiority .

I recommend going with a vendor without the policy. It is fully within their policy as you can see attached. But it's not a great policy in general and I've found it better to use other options. It's a business expense for me so it's not about the money, it's the logistics of wanting to submit the expense once and not have to go back. I have been charged by them for making them wait at the hotel a few minutes and that's completely understandable and we paid cash to driver and didn't bother to expense that. But this charge at the airport, I dislike as a policy. Since I'm updating, we also had a few drivers that were not great (not a huge percentage though) but did have one really scary driver in Feb 2017, which warranted an email. It's time we moved on.

Our driver was there with a smile and a sign with our name on it. What a welcome sight after 12 hours of travel time! Our driver was so friendly. He told jokes most of the way to our Heathrow connection, and kept us very amused. He also had the car stocked with waters & CANDY! Kids thought he was the best driver ever. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable.
