He greeted us at the arrival exit, with a placard with my full name on it. The driver was very courteous and helpful with our luggage to the car. Bottles of waters are available in the car. On our return trip to the airport, the assigned driver arrived at the hotel early for pick-up and gave me a call. No stress and no-frills impeccable service! The shuttle they scheduled us for was 45 minutes after our flight was scheduled to arrive, then it was AN HOUR LATE. Then it drove us to another shuttle, then we were on that shuttle for TWO HOURS. Our hotel was near Buckingham Palace, and I'm told it shouldn't have taken that long, even with a little traffic. This just took way too long and was a real disappointment.

Attempts to resolve the issue were met with argumentative behaviour and aggressive, intimidating body language, making what should have been a simple transfer unnecessarily stressful. At one point, he pulled over at a gas station and walked away to call the office, leaving us to try and repack the luggage ourselves. If you're booking from Gatwick or Heathrow, be aware that luggage issues may not be handled professionally. I will not use this service again.

He was very professional, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the trip to Leicester was wonderful. For the second time in a row, the driver was not there to meet me, even though I was within 10 min of my estimated departure time. When I do find him, after calling AE, he has attitude. Makes me wait at the parking stall (never done this before) dirty tissue in cup holder and then has the nerve to ask me to "not spill coffee on the seat". Never again.
