My first experience was to setup a business account and Dale did a great job from start to finish. Lots of parking and 3 drive up banking spots if your on the go and don't want to get out of the car. The inside is clean and the tellers and managers are eager to help with great big smiles on there faces. It's been awhile since I've enjoyed doing banking. They make an effort to learn your name and face when you come in. I could work with a teller one time, and the next time I come in they will immediately call me by my first name and start pulling my account up. Interest being paid on my accounts is untouchable by any other financial institution in the area, and I've always been happy with any products I use with them, such as my Genisys Mastercard. I was initially concerned about the lack of branches in the area, but I found that it was more than remedied by their mobile banking (you can do anything on your phone that you can do on your computer), helpful staff, and branch hours that feel more tailored to the working man. Compare that to Advia Credit Union (whom I previously had my account through)- 5 branches in this area, but a mobile banking app that is consistently broken and doesn't do much when it IS working, and drive-thru and ATM lines that are always backed up. Night and day difference. Overall I'm very happy with Genisys, and this branch in Marysville stands out as exceptional compared to the Clinton Township branch.

That's my only issue. I could understand if you didn't bank here, and they charged you a fee to transfer money, or cash your check, etc. but when you bank here- you should feel appreciated and feel like there is some type of benefit for your service. It's not the employees fault, they are just following rules but it does get aggravating when I check my account and see fee's left and right.
