Jerry has yet to call me back and my file has yet to be transferred. The customer service, specifically by James, is terrible. He was condescending, verbally abusive and rude on the phone to us multiple times. We have been with this company for about 10 years and it was always great until having to work with James from the Swartz Creek office. He has no respect for his customers or good customer service. They treat their employees and customers horribly. I would not recommend using this business for your insurance needs, you can get just as good value at another insurance company.
