Unfortunately, the owner was very bad with communication. She quoted me a price but then would not…read moreallow me to drop off my item for engraving. She took many days in between each communication, which wasted a lot of my time. I only had two weeks to get the job done, but she wasted much of that before telling me she wouldn't do it. Left a dry message at the end (after many communications trying to coordinate) that she could not do the job ...and then stopped replying altogether. Now I will miss my deadline for the sweet and thoughtful gift my group had planned for my friend. Ava Piper & Co really let me down. She was polite, but in the industry I imagine that trust to get a job done is very important. I'm very disappointed.
