They have a surplus of products you can find in the popular party store but a whole lot more, a greater selection of colors, and at lower prices. The customer service isn't friendly but they ARE helpful! There really isn't much more to say other than, although parking is scarce and you have to wait till another customer leaves to pull in their old spot, the trip here was worth it. There is no air conditioning and it's a bit dusty, but I honestly don't mind it. You get what you need and you get out. You can even place your order online and it's sometimes ready for pick-up the same day! They also offer shipping. Cashiers are always in a good mood and super friendly. I mainly buy balloons here (Tuftex are the best and you can't find them anywhere else in south florida) and they will even fill them with helium for a small fee. Follow them on instagram because that is where they let you know about restocks/one-off items.

Like for the piñata, so I wanted to see things in person. This was our first time there. I was expecting a place sort of like Home Depot. I had read about it being dusty, but my hand were disgusting. Luckily, I had a water bottle in the car to wash up and hand sanitizer to boot. Not sure how this could affect those with allergies or asthma. They barely had any of the Disney Princess stuff that was listed online. I walked the entire warehouse. They did have some other themed items, so your miles may vary. I would say that I would probably only go back for generic stuff. They have pretty much most colors available. Plus many balloons. We went on a weekday, so it wasn't very busy. Except for people that were buying several cartloads. Of course, I got stuck behind them at checkout. The cashier was friendly & upbeat.

I also saw a small roach crawl by and immediately just left, who knows how dirty they may keep the bathrooms or the inventory section. when it comes to baby showers, you can truly get better things for the same prices else where. save yourself the visit and just stay away, they don't even care.

This place has great things (not just flowers supplies but many others like party, home decor,…read moreetc...) but their big problem is definitely their staff, omg! They are super rude. I asked for help for some boxes they didn't had in display and for a moment I thought I was killing someone because of the face they put me (in the front -cashiers). Unfortunately here in Miami we do not have many places like this one and of course I will need to return for some supplies I just found here but if it were to choose it would surely be the last time.
