I paid over $3000 at the time, signed all the paperwork, rental agreements, etc. A couple of months before the travel, I called them to confirm and was shocked to hear they had no record of my upcoming stay, despite my reservations continuing to show on Vrbo. Apparently, they no longer managed the property. But when they gave up the property and the booking, they didn't transfer, inform me or refund any money! After many emails and calls, they finally refunded my money with no apologies or anything extra to make up for the mistake. Now I was in a bad spot finding a place to stay for my family since all places were booked and prices greatly elevated due to the upcoming eclipse travel demand. I finally found alternatives that ended up costing a lot more, not to mention the inconvenience of searching and moving between places. Finally, after our travel I got emails from these guys thanking me for our stay and asking for 5-star reviews (obviously we couldn't say there). It was pouring salt on the wound after the extra expense and inconvenience they caused! Either they are completely incompetent and unprofessional, or they are involved in scams to make extra money, and whatever the case they should be avoided at all costs!

We went to their warehouse and selected 2 different materials; 1 granite and 1 quartz. They had a really nice selection to choose from. We were both pleasantly suprised with the estimate for both. Lowes and HD didn't want to do a small job (1 @ 72", 1@ 43") so they said it would be over $1K each. Synergy scheduled the onsite measuring within a few days and had our tops ready to install within a week from the measure. The demo and install went smoothly and the installers left everything clean and tidy. Can't say enough good things about them. We felt his bid was reasonable and he stayed within our budget. We were very impressed with Matt's professional behavior as well as his 'easy to work with' style. The work performed totally met and sometimes even exceeded our expectations. He is meticulous and ensures all the subs' work is done to his standards. The materials used and subs contracted were exceptional. Matt's communication during the project was great. He kept us updated regularly and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.
