At the time there was delivery of Cannon CLC 4000 (high end commercial color copier) going on so, the shop was a bit busy. This place can copy, color copy, collate, laminate, bind, make banners, flyers, t shirts, car wraps, signs, wall graphics, business cards, tickets, back-drops, stickers... I needed an 18"x24" poster print mounted on foam board, and in my project request I mentioned we would be displaying the poster on a tabletop easel. Patrick clearly read the whole request and gave it thoughtful consideration, because he advised that for an extra few dollars, Alpha could add foldable easel wings to the back of our poster - heck yes! I'd gotten a quote from another larger print shop - let's call them Kedex-Finko's - and the price for this job was easily going to top $50. Alphagraphics was a better price, and definitely a better and more personal customer experience. The final product was sharp, sturdy, and beautiful - a really clean print. From initial request to project completion, Alpha had the whole thing done in about 24 hours. Highly recommend them for any print job, personal or professional.

Not only did these guys accelerate their process to get it done, they advised on design reviews, stayed after hours to complete the job, arranged for after-hours pickup, were VERY competitive on pricing, and enabled us to be prepared for an event we would otherwise been left behind on. Can not recommend them (and in particular Patrick) enough for printing services in the area. There's a reason why big chains don't often cut it-- here is proof.

Uptown made it happen by her deadline. The Uptown embroidery shop-Louis, and his assistant (who sits at the front desk) , were very patient and helpful and came through! Bag looks great and recipient was happy. What was most surprising was that they seemed give me the same attentive service as their high volume clients. Most places do not want to do just one item, but Uptown understands that if you're happy with one item, that you're coming back for future orders, and I will be back. If you're in need of screen printing, embroidery or any type of promo swag, with a reasonable turnaround (they also have an eye for design), don't hesitate.
