Because I had purchased this as a gift and was concerned the remaining bags could have the same issue, I was hoping the company would at least respond and offer a replacement or some type of resolution. Unfortunately, I received no communication at all and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I understand that issues can happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service and response after making multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not order from Popped Republic again.
