I have a Korean friend whose many talents includes speaking Konglish (Korean and English mixed…read moretogether like everyone speaks fluent Korean) teaching me Korean curse words and eating more candy than anyone I've ever met. (I'm surprised he still have all his teeth and he doesn't have an army of dentists keeping those things in his mouth.) On a recent visit to his office I was introduced to these caramel treats called Cow Tales. I will admit I'm not super into caramel but these puppies were good. They have a creamy center and will take the fillings out of your mouth! Kidding...I went out a found them at my local Dollar Store... They apparently come in chocolate, strawberry and apple flavor...which I will have to look for the next time I'm at Walmart. I saw on the internet that Cow Tales are a popular ingredient for making everything from rice crispies to caramel sauce for homemade candy. Here are some rice crispy treats made from chocolate flavor cow tales 1. Spray 8-inch square cake pan with cooking spray. 2. Line the pan with parchment paper (optional). Set aside. 3. Chop the Chocolate Cow Tales® into peanut-sized bits and set aside. 4. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. 5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the marshmallows until they melt and then add the vanilla. 6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cocoa crispy rice cereal, followed by most of the Chocolate Cow Tales® pieces. 7. Pour into the prepared pan and press down lightly with a piece of parchment paper. 8. Sprinkle remaining pieces of Chocolate Cow Tales® over the top. 9. Cool completely, and then cut into squares.

Okay so I'm new with this because I thought I had already done this but obviously I had to confirm…read moremy email so let me get started I don't even know where to begin let me just start from the beginning I was in the store today and I witness a cashier fallout but the reason why I'm posting this is because I was impressed with the response from the young lady that walked in front of her before she called her name and fell. The reason I feel the need to put this out there is because we are quick to judge others and never give credit where credit is due. I don't know why I was impressed it should have just came natural but I guess it's my way of saying I'm guilty of judging a book by its cover before I really know a situation but I want to let the young lady who at the time the situation went down and let me say first that I hope the young lady is okay that fell, but I literally saw this woman go into total control mode meaning she was able to shift all of the customers to other registers in a timely matter to get us out of the store to make an open way to where there was no blockage to where the medical staff could assist to the young lady that was hurt. And I feel like everyone knows her because of listening to the other people in line saying she has a personality like no one in this store and she obviously has a lot of customer service experience because I've never seen her with a negative attitude at any time that I've ever been into this location and let me say she used to be one of my favorites at the register but I hardly see her there anymore so I hope wherever she moved in the store it was a positive move for her. But with this being said again we always seem to judge a book by its cover and never give people credit when they do something and go above and beyond for the help of others so I want to give a Hugh Thank You to this young lady and I do apologize for not knowing her name but one thing I can say about her every one in the store knows her because standing in line everyone said the same thing , thank God she's here because she's taking control so sweetheart please excuse me for not knowing your name but I want to say thank you and I want to say I hope that your managers thank you for taking control and moving everything in a professional matter to get all of us customers out of the store without any confusion.

If you're ever in need of a one of kind gift or just looking for some interesting nick knacks then…read moreyou have to stop by Found Studio. This little boutique carries some of the cutest items. Kitschy home decor for every season and holiday, fun cocktail items to stock your home bar, soaps, lotions, and candles from local vendors, eclectic cards to perfectly address every occasion, and many more items. Found Studio screams Baltimore wrapped up in a pretty turquoise building. They offer a decent value for some of these rare items sold here only in Baltimore. And all of the women running the shop are always so pleasant every time I stop in. I tend to make Found Studio my first stop whenever I'm in need of the perfect birthday gift for a friend. You could literally roam around this store finding different goodies at every turn. Pro tip, follow them on IG so you can keep an eye out when they have random sales.

The space in Hartford Road has been open for a year, but I just found it! There is a mushroom curated wall, and I lost my mind. I often feel like the boutique's here all sell the same things but Found Studio Shop is unique and you can tell BELOVED in the Hamilton community. Annie Howe, the paper cut artist also has a permanent residency here. The price point is from mid to high as it's an excellently curated store with higher end items. If you need to do any shopping, I would come here. It's a perfect place for gifts and cards. So so glad this place exists!
