She pushed him up to the table and got close to his face and I saw her moving her shoulders and arms. My grandson started screaming and when she walked off he started to rub his right thigh. She tried to hide what she was doing by placing her arms on top of his but when he started crying with his mouth wide open, I knew she had done something to him I left a message on SproutAbout app and of course she didn't reply but the director Meylin Asgarian called me to ask what was going on. I explained everything to her and it was a waste of time. Upon arrival to the location she said that the District Manager looked at the camera and saw nothing wrong!! Of course they would lie. I pulled down my grandson's shorts in front of the director and showed her the bruise and she said that she had already checked him out and found nothing. WOW, how didn't she see the bruise. Well, I can tell you why. I watched the cameras until I picked him up and not one time did she take him out of the room. So parents please be careful when dealing with this daycare and always take advantage of the live stream option because you'll be surprised of how some of these daycare workers operate.

I'm a first time Mother and I have not spent one day away from my daughter since she was born. Part…read moreof that is my family is about 45 minutes from me, and the other is I never want to be away from her. I'm extremely hands on with her and I don't mind that at all. I heard about Kids Park from Moms in a group I'm in on Facebook, and Heather offered the group a waived registration fee so I finally took my daughter. My husband and I walked in and immediately I knew she'd be fine. There were TONS of toys for her to play with, a play area with a slide (I knew they'd never get her off of that lol), and more. They put her name on her back before I even finished the paperwork and let her in. Right away, they took all the pre-schoolers into a room to dance to The Wiggles and I will admit, I had tears in my eyes knowing my baby was getting bigger. While they had the preschoolers dancing, they had the older kids doing other things but they were careful that my daughter was never hurt or bothered by them. They didn't even start the clock until I handed the paperwork back. My daughter was never left alone (far as I saw) and we walked out. We stayed in the shopping area the entire hour, mostly because we had nothing else to do lol. When we came back, they were carrying her out of the snack area and they said she just wasn't eating so they were bringing her back out to play. Once they handed her to us we smelled that she needed her diaper changed. I asked if I could step back and do it and instead they took care of her for me! I was a little confused as to why they didn't change her (You could definitely smell that she needed it) but I figured if it just happened how would they have known? Everyone was so nice and understanding, saying they were used to seeing Moms as emotional as me and it was "harder on the Moms than the kids to say goodbye". I'll be bringing her back soon, and I think it'll be great for her. I am not putting her in the preschool program though simply because what they're going over, shes already too advanced for it.
