Him: "Yes we do. What kind of instrument are you looking for?" M: "An electric guitar." H: "For yourself or...someone else?" M: "For myself." (WTH???) H: "No. I'm sorry. We Don't rent those." M: (Looking around) "Ok, do you sell them?" H: "Yes, in the back of the store. There's a gentleman back there that can help you." I thank him and navigate my wheelchair carefully through the rows of instruments to reach the electric guitars. There was a younger man towards the rear of the store, busily unpacking a large box. Man" Hi. Are you looking for something?" Me: "Yes, I'm looking for an electric guitar." He nods and turns back to his work. I browse the selection and see several that I like. Unfortunately a couple are hanging up on the wall much higher than I can reach from my wheelchair. Me: "That one is beautiful! I'd love a closer look." The young man gives me a nod, then returns to unpacking his bos, turning his back to me. Now I'm getting confused at the peculiar customer service. I browse the rest of the selection of guitars that I could reach, eventually get tired of being ignored, and roll out of the store without another word from either man. When I ask for the timeline to the bow being finished, I was told the string wasn't delivered but should ship by that Friday and the bow should be done by the next week. Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. It was meticulously maintained and clean and so much fun to use! No issues whatsoever with the rental and we'll definitely rent from Beimert again next time we go up North. Thanks, Brent!
