Sure enough, in 20 minutes a young fellow appeared in a pickup and loaded my bike and me for a ride back to Muscatine. They fixed my problem, adjusted my bike and checked everything over before turning me loose with a $26.00 bill. I tried to argue that it wasn't enough but he would have none of that. I convinced him to take a tip and then he walked me out with my bike and saw me on my way. If you ever find yourself in need of a bike or mechanical repair, there is none better than these folks! I expressed my displesure of the return declination and ws referred to a manager that gave me a scolding, but eventually accepted the new unworn sale shoes that did not fit as a return. I am appreciative of the acceptance of the return, but because of this getting dragged through the mud before acceptingthe return I have chosen to just stay out of this place and have not returned! Retail managers sometimes act like straw bosses when the owners give them a stripe on their arm and they think they are a general in the military.
