Also, when the grumpy old man is at the desk, he is rude and disrespectful. He rolls his eyes when you explain what is wrong with your car. They checked my car to see why it overheated and flushed and filled the radiator after determining there was a crack in the radiator. John called everywhere from here to Missouri looking for a rim for me. Charged me $40 total. Later that afternoon after I left, I called him crying. Six months later I've never had a problem with the tire. Situations like this makes me wonder what's going on at FT&C.... Did they just not want to mess with my small project?
