Estina is extremely good at what she does. Every service I have had done there is top notch- waxing, facials, makeup lesson, and fake tanning. I have gone for regular facials for years, and while I haven't yet stopped the aging process, my skin looks healthier for going to her- less clogged, brighter, more even tone, way fewer breakouts. But what keeps me coming back to E spa really isn't the services. It's Estina. Estina is kind, funny, and above all, non judgmental. So many times with other professionals in the beauty industry, I have been criticized or shamed in order to make a sale. "Your hair needs highlights." "Your nails are too short." "Your eyebrows are too light." "You need to wax your sideburns and your mustache". What? Never, ever has Estina done this. She likely won't even bring up a different service unless you ask. And when you do ask, she speaks to you in a non judgmental, kind, professional way because she knows her products and services and wants to help- not just sell. What a great afternoon! I was visiting La Crosse from Florida and wanted to pamper myself after a long drive. It was a pleasure to meet Estina. She explained every step of the service before hand so that I could relax and enjoy. I had a facial and body wrap, my skin felt AMAZING afterward. Came back again with two friends for a girls spa day. Another wonderful experience at this awesome place! I got a Meridian Facial from Estina, and it was the best facial I've ever gotten. It was invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Estina is very gentle, but sure and professional. You feel that you're in extremely good hands with her. She was also very accommodating in finding a time when we could all come in, even though I called just a couple of days ahead of time. TJ was our other aesthetician, and she was amazing as well. Everyone was so happy with their treatments. If you live near LaCrosse and are looking for a special spa day, you have to try E Spa. Ask for the private retreat room! Estina was amazing. Her aesthetician Jennifer, who did my body wrap, was amazing. The location and ambience were fantastic. And the prices were totally reasonable. I had a three hour indulgence here which comprised of the body wrap and phenomenal pedicure, and have never felt more relaxed during, or after, a spa experience. Just perfect! I had a makeup lesson from Estina and it was beyond my expectations. Estina was extremely thorough in showing me all the techniques to applying makeup and what works best for my skin type and how to enhance certain features. TLYN makeup line is the best I have used and I have tried MANY different brands; ended up purchasing almost every single item and completely worth it. E Spa did my wedding makeup as well as my bridesmaids. To be honest, I was really hesitant to wear Estina's makeup because it was "only" mineral makeup and I had some acne on my face. I was really scared that it wasn't going to cover the way I hoped for. We did a trial run, and all my fears went away. It felt and looked amazing!! I couldn't even tell I was wearing makeup, but when I looked in the mirror I saw beautiful, perfected skin. It was me, just enhanced. Estina and her staff are so wonderful. The day of my wedding it was POURING rain, severe thunderstorm warning, HIGH winds, a brides nightmare. We had to leave the spa ASAP to get back to the church. Estina's staff ran to my maid of honor's car, came back completed soaked, and they all protected our hair and makeup, and they each had an umbrella to cover all my girls and myself. We were completely dry, but her poor staff was soaking. They are so so wonderful. I can't say enough. Please go pamper yourself, and use E Spa for your next wedding or event. read more
