While it initially looked good, it later caused puffiness and a bluish discoloration. After having the area dissolved twice about six months ago, I was left with uneven volume -- my right under eye looked good, but my left side appeared hollow and skeletal. Dr. Greene took the time to listen to my history and concerns. He carefully explained the challenges and risks involved in correcting previous filler, especially in the delicate tear trough area, and I appreciated how honest and clear he was. His manner was professional, reassuring, and very personable, which immediately put me at ease. During treatment, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his technique. I could tell he was placing the filler deep, close to the bone, to avoid the superficial swelling and discoloration I had experienced in the past. His approach felt precise and intentional, and I genuinely felt I was in expert hands. I gave this office a call and had my questions answered. I scheduled a consult shortly after. The consult costs $100 but if you proceed with a service, they will deduct this cost from your final bill. At my appointment, I found the lobby to be very calming. The staff here is phenomenal. Everyone I spoke to throughout this experience have been kind, personal, and supportive. Dr. Rosenstein has a unique character where he makes a lot of jokes but he also is very thorough with his work. He answered all of our questions and explained the procedure in great detail while going over his process, risks, and recommendations. I decided to move forward after my consult as I felt very comfortable in a very uncomfortable setting for me (never had surgery before). Day of my surgery - I was nervous but as I got to the surgery center, the nurse even told me that I chose a great doctor! She works for the surgery center so she is unbiased. She put filler in my cheeks and I didn't feel like it turned out well, and when I confronted her with it, she made every excuse she could to say that my skin just wasn't what would take too well to the minimal amount of filler that she put in, but yet she never disclosed this information to me before the Injections were done at which point I could have made an educated decision as to whether I wanted to move forward because I needed more product than less to make it look the way I wanted, and I don't understand why she didn't disclose this information to me until after the fact! They are one of the most expensive places to go for injectables but yet their injector sucks! She just wanted to treat me like I was a customer that she was selling a product to. She only patted herself on the back, but did not properly inform me about the product or how I would look after the fact where could potentially look once she was done if she would've educated me about this I would've had to make an educated decision as to whether I wanted to pay for more filler because my skin was not going to take to the minimal filler that she gave me if she knew this she should have disclosed it to me before and she didn't! I feel that a client should be educated before they have this type of procedure done. I went there for their expertise because 13 years ago. I had injectables done there and everything was fine, but Bonnie was not there at the time or did not take care of me atleast! She is a horrible injector who likes to house her information versus be kind enough to tell you exactly what you should know prior to having anything done! I will never go back! 6 years and change update!!!…read more Is it conceited to say I think Dr S did his best work on me? Maybe? I don't even care- my tits are that good. Mental health might be trash sometimes, diet needs work, personal relationships are sometimes struggling, but boobs?! Man those are locked in and ready to go. I've no issues or complaints. Every person I've ever met including my boyfriend is shocked they're fake. The scar is so minimal and hidden. I run, do Pilates, and lift, with no issues except that I look ridiculously sexy all the time. Ugh to have boobs this good-- so much attention, so many free drinks, trips, dinners! Obviously I'm straight up clown shoes but for real- dr S is my miracle worker. I refer everyone I can to him. He changed my life for the better. Most of them have faded over the years, but two small ones remain, so we wanted to see if laser treatment would be an option. The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure.
