He was cordial and kind through the whole interaction, even though I'm sure it was inconvenient for him and his crew to have to come back. I was so impressed that I asked him for quotes for a few more jobs around my house that needed to be done (the prices he listed seemed very reasonable) and learned that his company not only does landscaping, but they can do tree-trimming, fence and deck building, and more! Michael is a consummate professional--punctual, friendly, and a great listener. He made practical suggestions that reflected both expertise and common sense.
