Its a scam!!! Be aware.
I have travelled so many countries and used many travel agents but etravel is the worst i have ever used!!!..Keep away!! don;t ever book with them. I purchased a ticket from them and further I paid €25 extra charge for them(Until you pay 25€ they don't help on anything on your booking) to look in case I'll need any changes or anything. They are asking €250 for the outbound travel date change where it cost only €75 with the Airlines. So they are charging 300% more then the airlines. I have requested to talk to manager there but they refused to connect to the manager. But these agents do not care even after seeing this online as there is a lot of news about it. For everything they tell its their policy..They said charging €250(300% more)is their policy. They create policies however they want and looting money.
That is promotion of insurance fraud just because they do not care for lives of people that but tickets from them as long as they have had their full pay in their account.
I called them today and they lied that they would call me back but did not bother. I do not advise anyone to use these agents because all they care about is securing a payment and they don't care about the after care yet they make you pay for it as well.
If you are buying tickets with them I am sure you are going to be in trouble.
Worst company ever, i do not know why they want to follow all unethical ways to just rip off money from their clients. read more
