Wow how are these still open!!! These stores are so outdated and nasty. Even the employees are rude why would I want to do business with people who could care less. I walked in the flooring is so nasty just smells old. There's better stores around than this nasty store. Maybe tear them down would make the city look better. read more

Horrible management. Employee, on a Sunday, admitted that gas pumps charge cards without discharging any gas. Went back, on Tuesday, to get a refund and Becky was rude and did not wear her mask properly. She not only was disrespectful but accused me of theft of ten dollars. She raised her voice at me and made a scene. Not only that, but pumps never have receipt paper and in order to get receipt you have to wait through the long line, due to poor customer service, to get a receipt. Will never be going back and will never advise anyone to do business there. read more

Rude black girl cashier at the front desk. They have signs offerings hand sanitizer and when i went in the sold out. I politely suggested she should take it down bc it was creating unnecessary human traffic and interaction..I only stopped for an essential item which was not available and I was not the only one stopping in search of sanitizer.. They also had a special on powerade and I decided to take advantage of the stop but the sale was not honored. And once again when suggested she should remove the sign if the sale would not be honored she said it was not her job and to "not come in here telling me what to do".. During this pandemic you shouldn't trick people into coming in your store and much less be rude when asked to take a sign down if you dont actually offer that price or item. read more

She never told me this would happen and i've never seen such a ridiculous procedure. After 20 minutes of confusion, I the put card in again and paid. Then couldn't get any satisfaction as to whether I was getting credited for the first $25. She whines "It's not my fault. Corporate wants us to do this." Finally, I got mad and then she threatened me with the police. If this is their idea of a manager, they should just sell the chain again. If she had explained in the first place none of it would have happened. Good job! Remind me to never stop at a Maverick's again for the rest of eternity!

Today I noticed the whole store smelled nice and clean which all employees were wearing there mask. I like how they have great specials on drinks and even on candy bars. The store is always well stocked with a great selection of snacks. Great prices on gas even though it's higher in town than were I live at but still compitive to other stores.
