The person I spoke to said "is it a Mercedes? Ok. It will be a couple of hundred of dollars for me to scan the computer" I said "that seems outrageous and like you're taking advantage of it being an emergency" and he said "in that case I can't help you at all and hung up". It's been a while since I've dealt with such rude and unprofessional behavior. I'm sorry but a few hundred dollars to do a computer scan and a visual inspection of a turbo hose is unethical. Don't support this nonsense. So much for "affordable" auto repair. If you plan on coming here, make sure to get a price before youre sucked into spending hundreds. (There was also a previous review that mentioned the owner likes to rip people off if he feels that he can get away with it). I'm all for making your money, but I don't like working with people who take advantage of others in vulnerable situations).

A tip for them going forward: greet your customers warmly, show them the way to where they can wait for service, focus on the customer in front of you rather than trying to multitask with your other jobs. Good, very helpful. Treated me fair. Just took longer than I expected to complete the work.read more
