The tow truck driver said this was a family business and reasonable. It was 7:00 and I had to wait an hour before it opened. The man behind the counter was friendly. After several minutes he came back to me and said the alternator was out. The part was available and he could get the truck repaired and should be done in 3-4 hours. We had a photography tour at Canyon X. He suggested a shuttle company to take us out there and he said the truck should be repaired by the time we got back. A tip for them going forward: greet your customers warmly, show them the way to where they can wait for service, focus on the customer in front of you rather than trying to multitask with your other jobs.
