I was tired of waiting and I wanted my ring back even if it wasn't done. I walked in and he wasn't there but the girl was. she said it was "just done" and she was "going to call me today". gee, thanks. I still paid the quoted price. no discount whatsoever for waiting over a month to repair my ring. and the worst part is he reshaped it (it had a little kink in the band) which I didn't ask for, and now it's tighter than it was on me before. also, one of the diamond chips he replaced that had fallen out has a flaw- a black spot in it that I can't stop staring at.
