I was schedule for a cleaning. Got there and Sean looked at my weapons and said these don't really need cleaning. They're just dry. He oiled them up, fixed a pin on my safety and sent me on my way. They wouldn't accept even the smallest gratuity. They could have charged me hundreds of dollars for cleanings but instead provided a free service and a smile. Truly great Americans. When I asked the gentleman in the front clearly fustrated ( not his fault ) tells me "your gun is gone " Tells me write my number down and to wait for a call back As of now, this matter has not been resolved. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and handling of customer property.
