Was a loyal customer at Eagle Eye and I had spent a considerable amount of money there. Eagle eye closes at 8, I show up at 7:45 and they tell me it is closed bc the manager called it, no more customers. I told the security guard I knew exactly what I wanted and would be quick, I am going on vacation the next day and needed it tonight. The security guard was extremely rude and told me I WAS NOT A REGULAR and he had never seen me before. I have seen this security guard at least 10 times. If you close at 8 than close at 8, bad bad business practices and the staff seemed more concerned about going home and getting high. The worst is I could of gone to any of the other dispensaries that actually close at 8 and gotten what I needed. Eagle Eye is extremely unprofessional and do not treat loyal customers who spend hard earned money well at all. Stay away from the security guard also, he is a liar. Lastly: full disclosure - I did call the security guard "dumb" if he had never seen me before. Choose any of the other dispensaries in Napa and your experience will be better than Eagle Eye bc eventually they will screw you when you need some quick bud. read more

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this dispensary for about half a year now. Absolutely amazing selection, genuinely nice people at the front as well as behind the counter. Extremely knowledgeable staff. I lived in the peninsula for a decade, I've been to every dispensary you can think of, eagle eye has truly one of the greatest selections I've ever encountered. I was helped by Veronica. I told her what I was looking for, my tolerances, my girlfriend's tolerances and she was above and beyond fantastic and helpful AND generous! I can't stress enough how knowledgeable Veronica was behind the counter helping me. You always want someone who knows more than you about marijuana and she never tried to rush me, she was always suggesting products that were in line with what I was looking for. Last thing. There's is a bizarre, over the top review of this dispensary with one star. That reviewer is having a bad day or something, she's extremely inaccurate and I would say selfish to do this to a business where this simply is not how they treat you. Will not be returning. I have came to this location since they've been open and have had very great experiences with the pink haired girl and a newer girl but this time I came in and employee by the name of Jenna which I have never seen before- bought a stizzy battery and went home and charged to find it was defective. Not the STAFFS FAULT AT ALL! But I did happen to call and ask for help and she greeted me with a nasty attitude and had very condescending tone and said all she could do for me was charge in store and try to fix it which I did appreciate but I was explaining to her the battery was just flat out defective after trying to charge for 2-3 hours and made a comment about "its dead" and I was trying to explain to my bf that she was saying " it needed to be charged" and I accidentally hung up. I decided to just come in the store to show her what I was trying to explain over the phone if only she would have LISTENED to what I was saying. I come in and she is there and I say hi I needed help with my stizzy and she says in a very disgusting manner "you're the one who hung up on me." As if it was done on purpose. No need to treat a medical patient with such a nasty demeanor. She was completely unprofessional and eagle eye will be losing me as a customer. Thank you Jenna for such an awful experience! The battery was replaced but with an attitude like that... good luck. This situation could have been handled differently and I'm glad I received a replacement but there was no need for the phone comment. She said it as if she wanted me to argue with her? I purchased a couple of clones here, the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly, when I, later, examined the clones, I discovered they were infected with spider mites. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, she told me they have a no return policy on clones and offered me a 20 % discount on further purchases of clones and suggested I treat them with neem oil. I have a huge problem with this policy as I've done this before, and is not so simple as it sounds. First off I risk infecting any other plants so they must isolated, the neem oil treatment will work, but, will often leave the plant in awfully poor condition, witch makes the plant hemorphidite. Plus the time and energy and extra expense is exhausting. I bought an $80 problem, witch may or may not be successful after battling these bugs. They should give a bottle of neem oil with the clone at purchase! Don't buy clones here! read more
