The world of hospitality isn't an exact science. Sometimes orders go to plan, other times orders get missed and punters are left waiting. The important thing is honesty and communication. Unfortunately at this hotel they think lying to you and being rude is the best form of customer service.
So when we ordered 4 kids meals and 4 adults meals I don't think that expecting them to come, say within an hour of each other, would be to unrealistic. Actually I'd go so far too say, based on 30 years in the industry, that half an hour might be more realistic. However in this case it was 2 hours. Yep, 2 hours between first 2 kids meals and last 2 adult meals. WTF.
That's not the worst part. Clearly they stuffed the order. It happens. But getting lied to by the manager in the white shirt , and having it implied we should have ordered earlier and that's it's coming in 5 minutes( we ordered at 12:30, ate at 2:30) is really , well, amateur, childish , rude and pathetic. No sorry, no honesty, just ass covering.
Take your $30 thin overcooked tbone and shove it.
Never again.
Go to St Bernards hotel instead. They actually care there.
