I'll make it short... i applied for a loan, was approved, got final approval and Clear to close. The day before they called me and told me My loan was now denied because... Wait for it..... and i quote "your not qualified to be in the job you are in, and you don't have any rental history or references." Then they sent me a letter stating the exact opposite the letter said my income doesn't qualify and i had negative items on my credit report...My credit score is 714, and i make 100K a year... So these guys are not only liars, but super Shady! Stay far away!! My mortgage advisor was Brenda Farrens. She was not smarter than a fifth grader....and her boss i think was "special needs" for sure.

DHI Mortgage was absolutely horrible!! They estimated my monthly payments to be around 1751.46 when…read moreit was all said and done my monthly payments are now almost 3000.00 dollars. And they sold my loan to someone who is out of state. I even paid to get a good interest rate. Closing was so fast I barely got to ask any questions! I dealt with Sonny and his brother, Stephanie Cawley and Sandra. I showed up there in person to discuss my loan and they said they do not take walk ins. I never even got a survey to do on them. Do not take out a loan with them. And no where in their paperwork does it indicate that I would need to keep two months of cushion in my escrow ! Another thing they kept from me! A lot of hidden fees.
