The 2 guys who work in the store are also really friendly and very helpful. The cabins are clean and have private fire pits (not all of them do tho) I will come back for sure.

This review is based on our hunt this last week, May 14-18, 2018…read more This Outfitter is a NO FRILLS operation. They have tags, baits, stands, and they do know their bears. Don't expect a lot in the way of extras, comfort, or even catering. Come prepared to sit, both in the old cabin, in a truck, on a quad, and in your stand. Bear hunting in this area is very dependent on many conditions no outfitter can control. Don't take this as I wouldn't recommend this outfitter, they do have their place. Guides Clay and Brad are your basic sit around the campfire and share hunting stories type of guys. They are straight forward no frills people that know bears and can put you on baits you'll get opportunity to shoot. If you're looking for a monster bear I can't say that won't happen, but those bears seem to know what's happening at these bait stations and refuse to partake in the festivities you had planned. In other words expect to see lots of average bears on your baits. With that said don't pass up on your first day what you'd shoot on your last day.

Parking is available in front on the street, as well as in a nice large lot across the road. The entrance to this place is really weird. I couldn't find a direct entrance from the outside at all. I got in here by following a passageway from the adjacent bar (completely separate establishment). The owners are from Guangdong, and spoke Cantonese. Authenticity test passed. Somewhat. Being from a small town, obviously they won't have access to the same Asian ingredients as establishments in a larger city. So one must obviously cut them some slack. Same with the authenticity. The dishes are comparable to what you'd find in a food court, such as lemon chicken, Singaporean-style rice, wonton soup, deep fried wontons, sweet and sour spare ribs, and chop suey.
