He then called his headquarters and informed them that the road was unsafe and he will have to return back to Red Deer. There was a small snow storm, but none of the hundreds of cars were turning back. After several phone calls, they informed us that they won't get us a replacement taxi. They actually suggested calling Associate Taxi instead. Great way to do business. Never rely on this company on any critical travel plans.

Nothing special, nothing out of the ordinary. Not all cab drivers were created equal. Before the new call system was put in place with all the cabs, I did find they would fail to show up at the least convenient times. But I haven't seen that happen for a while now.

I was skeptical on booking as they didn't ask details about my flight or clarify the size of kennel etc. I offered up the information but it didn't seem like he was keeping track of this for booking. I called the day before my flight to confirm my booking and the person I spoke to just said "yup ok". It sounded like he was driving so I know he didn't look up my booking. I ask for a call back to confirm this. A couple hours later someone calls and he says he can book me in for my ride to the Airport. They didn't have my booking and I had to rebook and clarify several times I needed a ride FROM the airport to home. He tells me go to door 10 on arrival. I get to the airport and no one is at door 10. I call them and once again get a guy that sounds like he's driving and has no time for me. I explain who I am and that I had a van booked to take me, my dog, large kennel and luggage home from the airport. He doesn't understand and thinks I need a ride to the airport. I once again explain and he tells me to go to door 7, there's a van there. I go to door 7 and no one is there either. I try to call back and every time I call, my call is disconnected and I get hung up on. I email them explaining my entire situation and can they please send the van I ordered. I get a response back to go to door 8 where all the cabs are and grab an airport taxi. No explanation of why my ride isn't coming, which is booked in advance (twice), or solutions to my problem. I've now been running around the airport with heavy luggage, a large kennel, a cat and a dog. It's -25 outside and me and my dog are freezing. This kept me in the airport for over an hour longer than it should have. Eventually a very kind man driving a van for airport taxi agreed to take me and my dog. DO NOT use this company. They are unreliable, disorganized and do not care. I have not received a response to my email I sent asking again for my booked taxi and explaining the whole situation and they left me stranded in the airport. They would not accept my phone calls and hung up on me several times. No apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake, nothing. Use another service, this one is a disappointment.

The company actually seemed legitimate, they took my flight numbers incase of delays etc. I was assured i would have no issues. Myself, my wife and three kids left standing in the snow at gate 10 on Jan 2 with no van, nothing, no apology. I talked to the owner the next day, he apologized to me, told me it was dispatches fault, and that he would call me later in the day to reimburse me the difference on my card for the double i had to pay to get home. No call the next day, majically the owner had left for india and would be gone a month. The individual left in charge argued with me on the phone to no end. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. very very very dishonest.

They don't notify the driver until 10-15 minutes and if the weather is bad then they don't have enough time to come. Well that's why people book in advance. My driver came 35 minutes late and when I called to Question their system I was met with the rudest dispatch/manager ever instead of being professional- belittling and condescending for just asking then hung up me (I was not yelling or anything) . Over 24 years of using them and this is how they treat people. I don't use Uber out of loyalty but if this is how they treat people it's no wonder others do. Perhaps complaints to the City will yield better results. Ridiculous
